SiteComply is a construction site compliance and security platform operated by Rathcullen ("we", "us", "our").

1. How We Operate

Rathcullen provides SiteComply as a data processor on behalf of our customers (general contractors, site owners) who are the data controllers. Our customers determine how the platform is used on their sites. Worker consent for biometric processing is the responsibility of the data controller and/or the worker's employer, typically addressed through purchase order terms and site induction agreements.

2. Biometric Data

SiteComply processes biometric data solely for construction site access control and safety compliance. We do not sell, share, or license biometric data to any third party. We do not use biometric data for any purpose other than site access control.

3. SST Card Data

SiteComply reads physical SST cards for the purpose of verifying compliance status at the point of site entry. SiteComply does not replace or substitute the NYC DOB Training Connect application. We do not access, modify, or interfere with the DOB's training records system.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with data brokers, advertisers, or any third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the service.

5. Data Retention

Data retention periods are configurable by the data controller. Data controllers can request complete deletion of all site data at any time.
